Simon Holden (BSc Hons., MCIEEM) joined us in May 2022 as Associate Ecologist. Simon brings a wealth of experience in Surveys, Biodiversity Impact Assessments and Habitat Regulations Assessments. Simon has held mitigation licences for bats and Badgers over a number of years, and has successfully delivered high-quality mitigation design and habitat enhancement.

Mark Woods (CEcol, MCIEEM) is a highly experienced botanist. Mark has more than 35 years of professional experience, specialising in phytosociology and habitat management. Mark has worked on large-scale developments across a wide range of sectors and has delivered adult education and training to postgraduate and professional staff.

To bolster our surveying operations, Hollie Ainley, Rachel Watkins, and Tom Moss have joined our team as Ecologists. Hollie, Rachel and Tom offer us a wealth of survey and assessment experience.

We’ve also strengthened our office team, Nora Safar joining us as an office admin.
